It is HIGH movitivation season!!

I thought I might take a sec and talk about the breakthrough moment you started with us for.

There is thing that happens to everyone in their practice.

Frustration that whatever you started for has not quite happened yet.

You have been doing the yoga, been making your practice 3 times a week and while you have seen a lot of benefit, you’re at a plateau.

It feels like the needle STOPPED moving forward towards you end goal.

This is a natural part of your process..

Our bodies get used to the things we do after awhile.

It’s sign of TWO things.

First, that you need to stay the course with your regular routine. Consistency over a LONG time period is where that end goal is.

Next, it’s time for you to add something to your routine.

This is WHY I teach the 4 Pillars of Wellness within the Monnier Method.

Because by adding the next level to your weekly routine, gets the needle moving again.

It breaks up the adaptation your body has to the yoga.

Don’t forget to follow the steps though!

Whatever you do DON’T start with cardio routine unless you have been doing Pillar #3 for at least 2-3 months.

Follow the steps climb from one level to the next.

Stay the course and BE consistent.

Do that and you will see the changes you are wanting.
