Welcome to my studio!

I’m Brian Monnier, a Yoga and Wellness Teacher who has been helping people in changing their lifestyles and transforming their bodies since 1999.

I opened this studio in 2004 to offer a space that had great classes and where beginners and those with chronic pain could receive personal attention, and support to establish a routine that is both effective and enjoyable.

Below are the offerings we use to get you deep transformations. Follow the process for 12 weeks and watch rapid changes happens! 

 

Our Yoga

Experience our Heated Healing Yoga classes led by seasoned instructors, tailored for beginners and those managing chronic pain.

All poses can be adapted to suit individual needs or skill levels, ensuring inclusivity and safety in every session.

Practice in an 85-90 degree environment, akin to a warm day, ideal for enhancing flexibility and well-being. Beginners thrive with 2-3 sessions weekly.

The Glide Program

Experience rapid body reshaping with our 30-minute Lift sessions. Suitable for all levels, gentle on joints, and highly effective.

Our sessions blend strength, cardio, and core exercises for an intense, Pilates-inspired workout. Limited to 2 participants for personalized attention.
