Last month was quite a ride, wasn’t it?

It seemed like everyone got hit with the retrograde madness.

Work went into overdrive, and that thing that left everyone sick for weeks didn’t help matters.

Life really threw some curveballs, and most of us found ourselves out of our usual routines for a while.

Even I found myself dodging workouts for the past couple of weeks.

But you know what? It’s time for a reset.

Take a deep breath, let it out, and let’s do some planning.

Over the next 12 weeks, let’s commit to some focused effort to get our bodies ready for summer.

Start by scheduling yourself into classes this week. While appointments aren’t mandatory, there’s something about putting your practice into your schedule that adds a layer of accountability. Those who schedule it in tend to show up more consistently.

I’m focusing on three main groups over the next 12 weeks.

First up, the yoga group.

In my yoga classes, we’ll be fine-tuning everyone’s foundations and introducing some new poses where appropriate. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, there’s something for everyone. Plus, if you’re transitioning to class cards, you can enjoy 15% off until Wednesday.

Next, let’s talk about the Lift Program.

I can’t stress enough how beneficial weightlifting is for improving your yoga practice. It’s the perfect combo for anyone looking to enhance their movement practice, like running. My Lift program is like Pilates on steroids – it’ll get you strong quick with just one 30-minute workout per week.

I’m offering intro sessions for just $20 and 15% off lift packages until Wednesday.

Lastly, I’m opening up slots for one more person to join my 12-week private session program.

These sessions are tailored to your personal goals, whether you’re aiming for a serious transformation or recovering from an injury.

It’s time to invest in yourself and start seeing some real progress.

So, let’s get started again.

Take a moment to breathe, give yourself the space to return to practice, and

let’s begin anew.

Looking forward to seeing you back on the mat.
