I was having a convo with one of my private clients this week, and she asked me why I offer the things I do.

You see, I have designed our services to provide you all with very real results.

We start with yoga because, first and foremost, it’s a SYSTEM of wellness.

The practice is meant to free up the spine and physical limitations. Because it’s body weight, it’s safe for beginners. If you have injuries, the basic strengthening and stretching will reshape your body when you practice 3-5 times a week.

Yoga also teaches us HOW to practice. You will subtly, over time, begin to carve out your practice time in your schedule. When you do this, there will be a time when your body craves more.

Don’t forget to schedule in your class times here weekly.

The next thing to add if you are looking to improve your body and prepare for movement exercises such as running, hiking, or swimming is strength training.

By adding just a 30-minute full-body focused workout to your routine each week, the results you are seeking come MUCH faster.

You will be amazed at how much better you feel when you add just one to your routine weekly. Strength training and yoga are the perfect combo.

Put in once a week of whatever movement practice you like, and you will have a dedicated 3-5 times a week routine that leaves you healthy and happy.

My lift clients can attest to this. Many of them took the leap of faith, and now you can see how much better their bodies are.
