Man, I’m sitting here overflowing with gratitude for each and every one of you today.

Our community is bouncing back after a wild month, and I just feel incredibly blessed to have all of you in my life supporting the studio.

Next up, let’s talk about the Lift program.

Yesterday really piqued your curiosity about these sessions.

This program is designed for anyone looking to take their practice to the next level. Give it six weeks, and I PROMISE you’ll feel stronger in every aspect of your body.

Your core will get stronger FAST, fat loss will happen quicker, and your yoga practice will improve leaps and bounds.

These workouts are incredibly safe for injuries. In fact, the machine originated in the physical therapy world as a way to introduce resistance training safely.

I just made a video to show you more about these powerful workouts.

Now, because almost all available slots filled up yesterday, I’m adding three more workout times on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:30 pm.

And here’s the kicker: to get you moving, everyone who signs up by Friday will get 20% off.

Now, onto the last bit for the day.

My private sessions.

I don’t usually offer one-on-ones, but I’ve had a few of you express interest.

Here’s what we’ll do in these private sessions.

We’ll focus on your individual goals and tailor the sessions to whatever tools we need to use to help you achieve them.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll work together to create a system that complements your practice efforts.

Sessions are one hour long, and by the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll have solid

tools to use outside of your yoga practice that will make a huge difference in your body.

I have available times on Wednesdays and Fridays at 1:30 pm.
