Because it teaches you:

  • A proven weekly workout framework to follow for 12 weeks so that you get the right amount exercise per week to see changes.
  • How to make tweaks to your eating that get results without dieting.
  • How to do each of the basic postures in Hot Yoga so that you don’t hurt yourself.
  • How to modify poses if you have physical limitations or injuries so that you can rehab them and eventually eliminate chronic pain.
  • How to follow your personal process so that are able to keep going when motivations wanes. (it always does)
